Then no draft is written and the email stays in your inbox for you to answer. If it keeps coming up, we add a rule for it.
What happens with refunds or complaints?
You get a draft that thanks the customer and says you're looking into it. It's labeled so you check it before sending. The decision stays with you.
Who can see our customer emails?
The email text goes to our drafting service and our AI provider, OpenAI, only to write the draft. We do not store it. OpenAI does not train on it and keeps it for at most 30 days for abuse checks.
What is Make, and why do we need it?
Make is a well-known automation service. It connects your Gmail to AI Support Copilot, and the account belongs to you, so your inbox connection stays under your control. During the trial, the free Make plan is enough. If you keep the service, you upgrade to Make Core for about $12 a month, billed directly by Make.
What happens after the trial?
If you don't keep it, we switch it off and you pay nothing. If you keep it, you pay a one-time $199 setup and $149 a month, and you upgrade your Make account to Core. The plan runs for at least 3 months. After that, you can cancel anytime.
What if I change my mind after paying?
You get your first payment back in full if you ask within 14 days. No reason needed.
